1. The Service

VectraServe provides a platform for trainers ("Academy Owners") to host courses and for students to enroll. We act as a technology intermediary and are not responsible for the specific content of the training provided.

2. Fees and Payments

Payments are processed via Paystack. By using the platform, Academy Owners agree to a 0.5% platform fee. Referral bounties are deducted automatically from the total sale price as configured by the Academy Owner.

3. Referral Program

Referrers are independent contractors, not employees of VectraServe. Payouts are triggered upon successful student payment and are subject to the Academy Owner's set commission rate.

4. Limitation of Liability

VectraServe is not liable for any financial losses, service interruptions, or disputes between Academy Owners and students.
