Yes. The Starter plan is free for as long as you use it. You only pay the 1.0% transaction fee when you collect payments from students. There are no hidden monthly costs, no setup fees, and no credit card required to sign up. We believe in growing with our partners, so we only succeed when you do.

The trial gives you unrestricted access to the full suite of Professional features for 14 days. This includes the advanced referral engine, larger student capacity, and priority support. At the end of the trial, you can choose to subscribe to the Professional plan or automatically downgrade to the Starter plan without losing your data.

VectraServe integrates natively with Paystack. When a student pays for a course, Paystack deducts its standard gateway fee (typically 1.5%), and VectraServe deducts its platform fee (1.0% on Starter or 0.5% on Professional/Enterprise). The remaining balance is settled directly into your connected bank account. This automated split ensures you never have to worry about manual billing.

White-labeling and custom domains are available on the Enterprise plan. This allows you to remove all VectraServe branding and host your academy on a subdomain of your choice (e.g., academy.yourcompany.com). For Starter and Professional plans, your academy is hosted at vectraserve.com/academy/your-name.

Security is our highest priority. We use AES-256 encryption for all data at rest and TLS for data in transit. Furthermore, our multi-tenant architecture ensures that your student records, financial data, and curriculum are architecturally isolated from other tenants. We are also fully compliant with the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

Yes. Every certificate issued through VectraServe comes with a unique, cryptographically-linked QR code. When scanned, it leads to a public verification page that confirms the student's identity and the authenticity of the award. This eliminates the risk of certificate forgery for your institution.

Absolutely. The Professional and Enterprise plans allow you to add multiple facilitators to your workspace. You can assign them to specific courses, track their student engagement, and even automate their payment splits if you operate on a revenue-share model.

The Starter plan allows for up to 3 live courses at any given time. The Professional and Enterprise plans offer unlimited concurrent courses, allowing you to scale your curriculum without technical restrictions.

Payouts are handled via Paystack and are typically settled into your Nigerian bank account within 24 hours of the transaction (T+1). You can track every payout and its constituent transactions directly from your VectraServe Billing dashboard.

Yes, we have worked with several NGOs to provide capacity-building infrastructure. Our reporting tools allow you to generate the detailed student outcome and financial transparency reports often required by international donors.

Yes. We provide CSV import tools for student profiles and historical records. For larger migrations, our Enterprise onboarding team can assist with a custom data mapping and migration strategy.

If you exceed the student limit of your current plan, we will notify you and provide a grace period to upgrade. Your academy will remain functional during this time to ensure no student experience is interrupted.

API access is available for Enterprise clients. This allows you to sync VectraServe data with your internal HRIS, ERP, or custom CRM systems for a unified institutional workflow.

Professional plan users receive detailed documentation and video onboarding. Enterprise clients receive dedicated staff training sessions and a designated success manager to ensure your team is proficient with the platform.

You can cancel your Professional subscription at any time from your Billing settings. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. Once cancelled, you will retain Professional access until the end of your current billing cycle, after which you will revert to the Starter plan.
