Yes. The Starter plan is free for as long as you use it. You only pay the 1.0% transaction fee when you collect payments. There are no hidden costs, no expiry, and no credit card required to sign up.
You get the full Professional plan with no restrictions for 14 days at zero cost. No credit card is needed. At the end of the trial, you choose to subscribe or drop to the Starter plan — whichever suits you.
You upload your video lessons, PDFs, slide decks, and documents directly to your VectraServe dashboard. Students access them through a branded, mobile-friendly portal. On the Starter plan you get 5 GB of video storage; Professional gives you 50 GB with adaptive streaming; Enterprise scales to 500 GB+ on a dedicated CDN.
The total payment fee is: Paystack's gateway fee (1.5% capped at ₦2,000) plus your VectraServe platform fee (1.0% on Starter, 0.5% on Professional and Enterprise). Both fees are deducted automatically before your payout lands in your bank account within 24 hours.
Full white-labelling — including custom domain, removal of all VectraServe branding, branded student portal, custom email sending domain, and a branded mobile app — is available on the Enterprise plan. Contact our sales team to discuss your requirements.
"Coming Soon" features are fully designed, scheduled for release on our active development roadmap, and available on all new Enterprise contracts as part of your plan at no extra cost when they ship. We build transparently — no surprise charges.
Absolutely. Upgrades take effect immediately; your new features unlock instantly. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your data and student records are always preserved regardless of plan.
All student data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We store data in Nigerian-accessible servers and maintain full NDPR compliance including data-subject access controls and breach notification protocols. A full audit report is available to Enterprise clients on request.
